The Business Agility Program

The Business Agility Program is a practical program, designed to give practicing professionals and their staff a new focus to running an agile environment. The year long program is conducted in quarterly intensives and reinforced with monthly learning sessions. It is focused on the ten competence areas of a business and two personal competence areas.

The program includes:

Intensive, group conversations. Once a week for the entire length of the program. Each call lasts 1 hour, that's 60 minutes of time to work through your issues, ask the important questions, seek advice from the group.

Peer interactivity. You will not be going on this journey alone. Part of the benefit of this program is the level of peer interaction between you and your group members. You'll learn together from your mistakes and your successes. Together we'll come up with some great challenges, winning techniques and best of all, share in eachother's success stories.

Personal assistance. Even If you've never experienced one-on-one like this before, you're going to be pleasantly surprised how quickly you'll ramp up in this program. Don't you deserve the best?

Individual and group projects and assignments. There isn't a better way to learn except just doing it. You'll learn by actually accomplishing a task while learning the steps involved in how to get it done right.

A Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Designed and personalized just for you. It meets your needs, when you need it most. Course material in leadership, strategy, business development, management, technology, marketing, finance, sales, customer service and personal management is available along with a supportive environment to keep going on your journey to success.

Free access to the members only area. You may have seen this approach widely used by other programs. What makes this one different is its interaction. The BAC's member area isn't just another bunch of content in a website. Its an interactive community environment, linked to the learning environment. It all works together. This one works. It has checklists, ebooks, assessments, other content you've come to expect. But what the others don't have is a real workout zone. A place to stretch your mind, discover yourself and grow.
